Rights / Liability
- All customers should assure the protection and preservation of the confidential and/or proprietary nature of the information regarding classes.
- Adult supervision is recommended during classes or whenever children use learning materials.
- EDUBEBE is not responsible for any accident from not following the instructions properly.
Return / Refund
- All classes and products cannot be returned and/or refunded as learning materials and products are custom-made upon orders.
- Classes are not transferable to others.
Shipping
- All long-distant shipping is handled by USPS and this is not negotiable.
- For EduONAIR Classes customers,
- EDUBEBE schedules the shipping of the class material kits to arrive before the classes.
- The kit may be sent each week or in a chunk of a few weeks, depending on the class schedule and materials.
- EDUBEBE is not responsible for delays caused by USPS. In case of carrier delays, missing classes can be replaced with playback classes.
- For multi-unit dwellings like condominiums, the kit may be delivered to a public area such as lobby floor or main gate when the personal mailbox is not accessible.
- EDUBEBE is not responsible for missing class materials once the kit is delivered.
- For EduFRIENDS Shop customers,
- All orders are processed within 1-2 business days unless it is out of stock.
- Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
- If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
